	Please read the following license agreement, before downloading Smokescreen. By installing or using Smokescreen you agree to be bound by the terms of the license agreement. END USER LICENCE AGREEMENT (EULA) Software product: SMOKESCREEN Description: Java Class file obfuscator. Author: Robert Lee Website: www.LeeSW.com You must carefully read this EULA, fully understand and agree to all its terms, before installing or using the software. This End User License Agreement is a legal agreement between the author of this software and you (either an individual or an entity). This agreement applies to the software product identified above, which includes the software, any printed materials, associated media, and online or electronic documentation. By installing, or using the software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use this software. General: Subject to the terms below, the author hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the software. The software is licensed, not sold and remains the property of the author. You may install and use the evaluation edition of the software, for the duration of the trial period. At the end of the trial period you must delete the evaluation edition of the software from your system. In order to install and use the registered edition of the software, the appropriate license based on the number of users, must be purchased. Rights and Limitations: You have the right to install and use the software in the manner described above. The software is for your internal use only. You may not distribute copies of the software. You may not lease, rent, sell, or make any profit out of any portion of the software. You may not alter, delete, or add any files to the original software package. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, or make any attempt to discover the source code of the software, or create derivative works from the software. Disclaimer of Warranty: The Author expressly disclaims any warranty for the software. This software and any related documentation is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including, without limitation, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. The author does not warrant that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that defects in the software will be corrected. You are entirely responsible for determining the appropriateness of the software for your use. The entire risk arising out of use or performance of the software remains with you. No Liability for Damages: The author shall not be liable for any damages suffered by you or any user of the software. In no event will the author be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other loss) arising out of the use of or inability to use the software, even if the author has been advised or warned of the possibility of such damages. Jurisdiction: This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada. Each party further agrees to commence any litigation which may arise hereunder in the courts located in the city of New Westminster, Province of British Columbia. If any part of this agreement is found void and unenforceable, it will not affect the validity of the balance of the agreement, which shall remain valid and enforceable according to its terms. The evaluation edition of Smokescreen is time limited to 15 days. The obfuscated code will stop working after the evaluation period.
